Almost two decades turning strategy into results across the UK and Pakistan, now focused entirely on helping enterprises adopt AI responsibly, and make it pay.

I'm Fahad Jilanee, an enterprise AI consultant and trainer. I'm a Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAEW), trained at PwC UK, and a First-Class Economics graduate of the London School of Economics. Over almost two decades I've led commercial, strategy and innovation mandates at British Telecom, Sky UK, ICI Pakistan and Santex.
That background is the point. I came to AI from the business side, not the lab. When a board brings me in, the first questions aren't about model architectures, they're about your economics, your risk appetite, your people and your governance. The technology is the easy part. Positioning it to deliver durable advantage is the hard part, and that's the work I do.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAEW) at PwC UK, the rigour in financial analysis, risk and governance that still shapes how I assess every AI opportunity.
Commercial and strategy roles inside two of the UK's largest enterprises, learning how transformation actually lands across complex, data-rich organisations.
As innovation transformation lead and B2B Commercial Head, I designed and led the EXPLORE Intrapreneurship Programme, 900+ participants, 200+ validated ideas, PKR 300M+ in recurring annual impact.
As Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, I led a team of 600+ and grew the international business into ten countries in under three years.
I now help boards and leadership teams adopt AI with strategy and governance built in, through training, advisory, solutions and revenue operations.
The common thread across every role is the same one I bring to AI: take a bold idea, give it structure and governance, get people to adopt it, and hold it to a hard commercial outcome. EXPLORE wasn't a slide deck, it returned PKR 300M+ a year. That is the standard I bring to enterprise AI.
I don't resell software, so my advice carries no hidden agenda. The recommendation is whatever serves your business, even if that's "not yet".
Governance, risk and ethics aren't a final checklist. They're designed in from the first workshop, so adoption is something your board can stand behind.
Demos are cheap. I measure success in adoption, hours saved and money made, the numbers that survive a budget review.
Whether you need to train your teams, set an AI strategy your board can stand behind, or ship a real solution, start with a focused conversation.
